Carl Beardsworth

I work with owners, boards, and civic leaders across Burke and Caldwell counties—the communities where I already live, work, and show up.

I start by listening. Most of what a group needs is already in the room; it just needs to be named, organized, and put into motion. Good ideas don’t belong to any one person, and the people living with the problem should own the win.

I’m better at organizing the whole than performing every trade. I help people identify the real problem, put the work in the right order, and take the next useful step. The people doing the work own it themselves.

I am not the hero of the story.

And if Simple Stack isn’t the right fit, we say so early. I don’t want to force my way into a room that doesn’t want the help—or isn’t ready to do the work.
